1 bag of Tofu Shirataki noodles, or 8 oz palmini pasta, or ½ bag broccoli slaw
2 Tbsp light sour cream (Daisy is the lowest)
2 wedges of laughing cow light cheese wedges.
4 oz diced cooked chicken, fish (Salmon) or meat substitute.
1 ½ cups steamed veggies broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach, Brussel sprouts, asparagus etc.

Prepare “pasta” rinse and pat dry. Spray nonstick skillet heat on medium. Heat noodles add cheese (broke into pieces) sour cream, spices. Cook until melted and evenly distributed. Add meat. Serve on top of steamed veggies or serve on the side.
