Asian Broccoli Salad w/ Grilled Chicken

1 4oz chicken breast or Fish fillet or shrimp

6 oz broccoli slaw

1 Tbsp lite soy sauce

2 Tbsp sliced green onions

¼ oz. slivered almonds

1 tsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tsp sesame seeds

 

Whisk soy, oil, cilantro, and onions. Let dressing rest for 15 minutes or more. Toss the slaw and top with sesame seeds. Serve with a protein (Fish, chicken)
