Cannoli Bites

4 SP/ 4 I track bites / 97 Cal


2 Tbsp low fat cottage cheese, or ricotta cheese or 1 wedge laughing cow

1 packet sweetener

1 drop vanilla

1 tsp of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 full size caramel rice cake or 4 minis

 

Mix cheese, sweetener & vanilla. Spread on to rice cake(s) top with chocolate chips.
