
Chili Mug

4 SP / 4 I track bites / 295 Cal
4 oz lean ground meat (cook in micro drain grease if any)
(or use 3 oz cooked meat)
½ cup cooked beans
1 Tbsp chopped onion, bell pepper, green chiles
1/3 cup stew tomato
1 tsp taco mix
¼ – 1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp pumpkin
Stir everything together in a large mug or bowl. Micro for 2 minutes. Stir, microwave 1 minute more, stir. If it is not hot enough hit with 30 second intervals until hot.
