Creamy Lemon Dill Chicken

2 chicken breasts

½ tsp each salt, garlic & onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

½ Tbsp olive oil


½ cup chicken bullion

½ cup fat free half & half

1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is better)

1 tsp. cornstarch

2 Tbsp chopped dill


Rub chicken with spices. Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Turning and cooking both sides. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. In a bowl whisk sauce ingredient and then add to the hot skillet and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Plate chicken and top with ¼ of sauce. Serves 2.
