Double Cheese Egg Mc Muffin

1 100 calorie sandwich bun or 1 light English muffin or 1 keto burger bun

1 slice tomatoes

1 Tbsp. each chopped bell pepper & onion & green chiles

1 large egg

Dash garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & pepper

1 wedge laughing cow cheese

1 slice low fat cheddar cheese

1 serving fruit

In a small skillet or in a treated mug cook onions, peppers, chiles & seasonings until softened. Break cheese wedge into pieces. Stir egg and cheese wedge into veggie mix. Micro or cook for 1 minute. Stir or flip cook 45 seconds to 1 minute longer. Toast bread top with tomato slice & cheddar cheese add egg and top bread. You may want to micro for just a few seconds to melt cheddar cheese slice.

Serve with a serving of fruit.
