
Egg Flower Soup & Chicken

2 cups chicken broth
Couple drop of lemon juice
2 eggs
2 green onions sliced
¼ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup peas
½ cup bean sprouts or broccoli slaw
3 oz. diced chicken
1/8 tsp garlic minced
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
Dash of soy sauce
Bring broth and veggies to a simmer, add chicken. Simmer for about 15 minutes beat eggs in a separate bowl drizzle into the soup. Cook until eggs are done.
