Giant Salad with Chicken or Fish

3 cups chopped lettuce your choice (can add more)

4 oz cooked chicken, turkey, tuna, cooked salmon, shrimp

1 cup mixed veggies, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, peppers etc.

¼ cup canned beans

4 Tbsp. low cal dressing (45 cal per serving) 4 Tbsp is 2 serving


Combine veggies with lettuce. Top with meat, beans, and drizzle with dressing.
