
Maple Pork Chop

4 SP / 4 I track bites / 190 Cal
4 oz lean pork loin
2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
¼ tsp dry mustard, cloves, ginger, salt
½ tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp cinnamon, pepper
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
Place all ingredients but chop in a Ziplock bag and mix well. Add chop and marinade at least 2 hours longer is better. Bake, grill, or use a skillet on med heat. Cook until done all the way through
