
PB & J Smoothie

4 SP / 4 I track bites / 325 Cal
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries (or other fruit)
½ cup skim milk
2 Tbsp protein powder
1/3 cup water
(can replace milk, water & protein powder with Vanilla Premier Protein Drink)
½ cup FF Greek yogurt
¼ tsp vanilla
1 – 2 packet sweetener
2 Tbsp powder peanut butter
Dash cinnamon
1 cup crushed ice or 5 – 8 cubes
Place in blender, blend until smooth. Serve with 2 boiled eggs
