Salmon (Fish) Burger & Veggie soup

1 keto burger bun

3 oz cooked fillet of Salmon or other fish

1 tomato slice

1 wedge laughing cow cheese

1 leaf lettuce

1 slice red onion

Sliced dill pickles

Soup

½ cup mixed veggies

1 cup broccoli slaw or cold slaw mix

2 Tbsp diced onion

¼ cup cooked beans

2 cups chicken of beef bullion

 

Make soup first and let cook while you prepare sandwich.
